Changing the word "products" to "donations"

We have a non profit that is using Zen to take donations online. The word "Products" is inappropiate.

First, is there an easy way to change the word?

Assuming there is not, where do I find the pages that use the headings like "new products"? I assume I can just change the text in the file from New products to Donations.

It depends on where you want to change it. I would guess that you won't have any New Donations, or Featured Donations, etc. so you could leave those alone. Mostly, that sort of thing can be changed in includes/languages/english.php - search the file for 'products' and change the instances you need to. Then save the edited file in includes/languages/YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE_NAME.
