Shipping based on total of order

How can I set up shipping charges based on total of order not units,weight ? all those will make charges to high.
is there a module I can get,or can I set this some other way in admin..cant find a answer to this .

You can use Table Rate table or Zone Rate zones or get the v1.5 versions for UPS or USPS ...

Scratch the suggestion for UPS and USPS ... I had a mind block for a moment there and forgot you want it based on Order Total ...
