turn off left or right side bar on home page only [and only certain EZ pages]

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to turn off the left sidebar of site. I only want to disable it for the Homepage and specific ez pages i have.

I was thinking of choking it out in one of my CSS stylsheets with:

display: none;

but i don't know how to target ez pages with css. I understand how to use it for the advanced search page (advanced_search.css) but the same method doesn't work for ezpages.

I just re-learned how to turn off columns for homepage only in my Webdivision site in sig. See this thread, post # 5:

Don't know about EZpages certain pages only, never figure I'd have a need for that.

And this thread, which should be highlighted somewhere and maybe even added to the Readme file in the css folder, tells exactly how to create stylesheets for EZ Pages. There's some code editing required, but it's minimal.
