Since EZ pages are stored in the database, you generally can't use PHP in them. There is a thread in the forums that explains how to do so (search for ezpages php*) but there's a security warning involved, and I wouldn't do it.

It's my understanding that link exchanges aren't the hot setup anyway, with modern search engine algorithms.

You could also insert the PHP in a define page or in the Blank Sidebox mod.

I agree with steve... You will work extremely hard to bring visitors to your site... and yet you are willing to provide them with a range of easy exit links.

There is no "SEO" benefit to doing this, so why would you want to encourage potential customers to leave your site?

The only way you want people to leave the site is through the checkout system - AFTER they have bought something.

While this is an old add on ... it can work to generate additional Page files that could then be used in EzPages as internal links ...

the generated pages could then have php code in them and possibly satisfy the needs of what you are looking for ...
