Do you have a PayPal business account? Once you do, install the PayPal Express module and follow the instructions for getting the required information from your PayPal account.

I do have an account and I switched over to zencart from oscommerce... in thier version of the module while editing module settings for paypal it had a line where I put the email address of the paypal account, however I dont see that here and hence why I was wondering where to find that to ensure where it is going. Or if you can point me to these paypal instructions that would be much appreciated as well. I did set the certificate thingy I got from paypal is this all I need?

There's a link to the instructions for setting up Express Checkout right there in your Admin panel next to the Express Checkout "install" button.
But here it is again for reference: www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal

So then it seems by that page all I need to input is the api and then all payments will be sent to the correct account. If this is true then thank you for your time all who helped me on this matter.
