Default product price in admin not sync after server change

    Hey guys,

hope you can help me out with this.

After i moved my store to another server everything seems working great.

Today, one day after moving, i discovered a issue which occurs while adding a product.

The price from net and gross are same...usually its changing automatically after filling in one of those.

I can now calculate the net price and add in the gross field which will show me on the product side the correct gross price but i am not really into having the shop owner dealing with that new behavior.

Could that be a file or folder permission right problem? I changed all necessarry folder permissions but i cant find all additional file permissions i might have to set?

    Thanks for assist...greetings

Your post is unclear about a few things:

    a) are you saying that taxes are not displaying properly? If so, please explain under what circumstances. We'll need to know ALL the COMPLETE VERY DETAILED steps to take to set up a new store from scratch to replicate your exact symptoms consistently.

    b) are you saying that you're seeing different prices in the admin vs the storefront? If so, are your DB_xxxxxxx settings in your admin configure.php file the same as the DB_xxxxxxx settings in your non-admin configure.php file? They must be set to the same thing if you wish your admin and storefront to refer to the same data.

    c) how exactly did you do this "server change"?
There's an article which explains the safe way to do such a move. Which steps did you skip?

thank you for your reply first of all.

    This problem solved by itself.

I were talking about the two lines in the admin panel while adding a new product: Brutto-Netto / Gross - Net

Both prices where exactly the same! Like i described before.

However now it is working dont know why it havent that day and i havent taked a look at the "move server tutorial" as i know how to move from a to b ;)

    Thanks n nice eve!
