    Default Broken Specials on Admin Side

    Hi all,

    I think the "specials" portion of my ZC install is broken. When I click on admin>catalog>specials all that comes up is a blank white page with nothing on it. When I click on the specials link in my storefront, the sales that I set up in salemaker are not displayed. Here is a link to my site in case you need it: http://tinyurl.com/3uttrvu

    I am in desperate need of help, as my customers need a place where they can view all of the sale items.

    What debug logs do you see in your /cache directory?

    Look in phpMyAdmin at your database and see how many records are in the table specials ...

    How many records are in the table products ...

    What happens if you switch to the Classic Template, do the Specials show on the store?

    I have 13 columns and 0 rows in my specials table.

    There are 78 rows in my products table.

    When I switch it to the classic template, it does not fix the issue.

    Thanks for your help. I'll be sure to buy you some coffee once this gets sorted out.

    Is this a Clean v1.3.9h or did you do an Upgrade?

    Do you enter your Products Manually or do you import them?

    If you go to the Catalog ... Featured Products ... do you see a list of Products if you hit NEW PRODUCT button?

    This is a Clean 1.39h but it is heavily modded... too many add-ons to list. I do have backups but I wouldn't know how to pinpoint the issue even if I did have a backup where it works properly.

    I enter my products manually.

    I do see a list of products when I hit the new button.

    Could you turn off your SEO/rewrites and see if there is any difference?

    It makes it difficult to see things with those on and sometimes causes issues ...

    Do you see any debug logs in the directory:
    /cache

    In admin:
    When you go to Catalog ... Specials ... you see no Specials already set, correct?

    When you go to Catalog ... Featured Products ... you see no Featured Products already set, correct?
