Multiple entries when registering new account

I have recently upgraded from 1.3.9 to 1.5 and have an interesting situation happening when new users register. Upon completing the registration process, the user sees all of their information correctly, but also sees another users information.

I have made a couple of new accounts and it seems to add the user info from several lines above the new line in the address_book table. What is going on here and how do i fix it?

Well, I noticed that my fresh install of 1.5 has some issue whether it is an addon or not but it has some sort of update error that unlinks the customer's address_book entry with their respective customer database record id. This may be your problem if others' addresses have the same "address_book_id" number. I am in the process of debugging this module. Are you still having these issues/found a resolution?

I ended up doing a fresh install, checking it one step at a time when installing plugins and it works now.
