    Default Website stuck at check out - just goes blank

    Hello
    My website gets stuck at this point,its the second step of checking out,I am guessing that something is missing. How do I find out what file is missing?
    This page loads fine but when i click next it just goes blank and this url stays and the page goes blank,maybe people can understand what I want to say

    I just read through this,and while it is a good read I have not uploaded and files,But my website was moved from one server to another,I had no choice in this and now I am left dealing with it.
    So I have a blank page and something did not get up loaded correctly when the server move happened. How do i know what file I need to re upload? Do I just have to look for files with 0 bytes? and re upload those?

    It seems you completely skipped over point number two in that article, which talks about debug logs. That's a pretty important thing to be looking at.

    And yes, since you moved to another server, any number of files could have been affected.

    Well I am knee deep in it now.

    This is the most recent one,but it looks like I have to start at the begining.

    If your server doesn't support UTF8, then when you upgrade simply don't switch your store to use it. Keep the iso-8859-1 instead:
