Default Paypal Module missing, Please help!

    Hello Zenners!

I have no idea where my paypal module went/is. I checked Admin>Modules>Payment and the only things I see are the Authorize.net SIM and AIM.
There's no option to install the module, either, and I have Paypal php files.

I'm attaching screen shots to demonstrate the problem.

So, does anyone know why this is?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

When you see a couple shipping modules but then don't see the rest, and don't see the footer or the right-sidebar, then that means that the shipping module that should be showing next in the list ... is broken, and has PHP errors, preventing it from loading.

Where did you get all those other modules you have in the list in the picture you attached? Looks like you've added a bunch of modules that don't work properly.

See, that's what I was wondering.
I had an earlier installation of OScommerce and switched to Zen Cart so I think there are left over php pages from there?

I read somewhere that multiple installations of Zen Cart on a single site can cause the Paypal module to break. But I'm not sure if that's the case...
Is there a way to fix the PHP page? I'm guessing reuploading it from a fresh installation?

If you left all those osc files on your server in the same folders where you put Zen Cart, then yes that's likely your problem.

I don't know where you read that, but it's not true.
Multiple Zen Cart stores *can* easily share the same PayPal account.

Mmkay, so I'm guessing deleting those remnants would be the solution? The only file needed is the paypal.php file, correct?

And yeah, I know, I've seen it work, as I install Zen Cart applications on a routine basis, it was sort of a "maybe it's weirdly this?" sort of deal.

You really should go and delete everything that isn't part of Zen Cart.

osc code doesn't work in Zen Cart. It requires careful conversion to newer framework functionality. So all old traces of osc should be deleted from your site, else you're going to run into more headaches.

    Here's how I'd do it: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...Obscure_Issues
