ay are going to le me know what error if any hey get

having trouble when installed, V.1.0.2 (latest extension from shipping easy site)
shipping estimator popup shows balnk ( no rates)
anybody else run into his problem ??

SEsupport was insrumental in resolving this issue
highly recomended support gets five out of five stars *****
most places would charge you for the amount of support i got from them
if youre thinking about using this mod good support is somehing to think about

Are you using this module? I'm curious to know how it's working out for you. I've looked and looked over their website and can't find any info on what they charge and how much. Unless I missed it, that info is absent on their site. Anyone know?
