Switching Email Across Servers using cPanel

Hey Guys,

I know this isn't really Zen Cart related but my site uses zen cart, and zen cart people are the smartest people I know so I knew to ask here first. :) But what I want to do is move email accounts from the current server I am on to a new server we purchased.(both servers use cPanel) Does anyone know the best way to do this?
