Help with Checkout issue - 2 Questions

First Question:
When new customers check out on my site and they don't use PayPal Express but instead click on the "Go to Checkout" button, it takes them to this "Welcome, Please Sign In" page. The problem is that both options say "Have a PayPal account?" and both refer to the Express Checkout Option. Clearly the second option should say "Don't have a PayPal account?" as the button says "sign up" and when you click it it goes to my account sign up page. Can someone please tell me how I can change the text on this page to read correctly? What file should I go to to change the text? Thanks in advance for the help.

Second Question: A buyer just called and said when they go to the sign up page in wouldn't go through because it was asking for the Company name and they don't have a company. Can someone tell me how to remove the Company Name - Company Details: for the page?

2. Far as I know, the Company field isn't required, so your customer should have been able to ignore it. Remove it in Admin - Configuration - Customer Details.

You can use your admin's Tools->Developers Tool Kit to determine which file contains that text. Just type Have a PayPal account? into the bottom search field and look for that text in all catalog-only PHP files.
