Switching store to another folder

Hi,

I was stupid and put zen cart in a subdirectory of my site and made it hard to upgrade to 1.5. The reason is, because I started out creating a new store and put it into the subdirectory public_html/new/store. Then when I was ready for the new store to go live, I just copied store and put it public_html/store. Because I did that my store still runs off of new/store and my admin site runs off /store. Essentially I have two stores on my server that work together to more one store (crazy). So now that im trying to upgrade to 1.5, how would I merge both this stores into one so that I can easliy upgrade to 1.5?

Pointing Zencart to the proper URL is really easy. Just edit includes.configure.php and admin/includes/configure php to remove the /new part in the paths.
