after moving to different server problem with login to admin

It's asking to see the file italian.php. If it's not there, you will need to bring it over from your old server or a backup.

File Italian.php is there and that's why I'm asking what could go wrong?

If your admin is not renamed, you need to do that immediately and then find out why the "// include the language translations" portion of the file is not finding Italian.php.

Could it be that you have italian.php versus Italian.php?
