Configuration menu items missing

Hi there,

I normally find all the answers in the superb forum or FAQs, so don't normally post - however, I am really stumped with this one and can't find the answer.

I have completed a brand new fresh installation, with Version 1.5.

Everything working find, except being able to access the COnfiguration menu in admin. Configuration appears in the Menu bar, but the only option is Logging - none of the other options are there.

I have checked the Configuration_group in the database and all the fields are populated for each of the menu items. The configure.php has correct prefix for the database and is CHMOD 644.

Any ideas on how to get the other items in the configuration menu to become available?
