Default Lose my template style when I switch to my URL

I upgraded from version 1.3.9h to 1.5.0. The upgrade went fine and when I checked my new site everything looked great.

Once I was happy with my new site, I tried to point my store URL to new folder and move it to production. So, using my hosting control panel I changed my store URL to point to my new folder called "catalog". Also, since I have a dedicated SSL certificate, I turned the secure option in both of my config.php files to "true".

Now my store URL pointing to my new site, my checkout page and admin pages are secure, however, I lost all of my template style. Please note that I am using pure_orange_free template.

I have done many test upgrades and read all tutorials about how to upgrade and checked both of my config.php files to make sure they're pointing to correct folder, but I can't figure out what I have done wrong?

After two weeks of research, I used the newly created site (v1.5.0) and copied it to a test folder and then pointed my other URL (mystore.net) to this new folder. To my surprise, everything looks good. Since this is a complete duplicate of site with problem (both files and database) minus SSL I assumed that's the reason, however, when I went back to my "catalog" folder and turned off SSL options, I still have the same problem

I really appreciate any help you can offer.

The main URL is "shiny pet store.com" the other one is "shiny pet store.net". I have inserted space in URLs to avoid being indexed by Google.

    Thanks for looking into this.
