Its NOT relevent for SEO purposes.
Your version of zen-cart and hence your site site uses "canonical" links
So if I go to this page which has a zenid
    "http://www.mobilesignalboosters.net/vodafone-mobile-phone-signal-boosters ?zenid=5ergmeek1a7gbclp0ts0pus5t6"
If you view source you will find this
    <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.mobilesignalboosters.net/vodafone-mobile-phone-signal-boosters" />
Note it DOESN'T include the zenid and this is what the search engines use.

There can be a problem if someone cut and posts a link with a zenid
    But this doesn't affect SEO

I wish people would stop worrying about URL titles. It has NO effect on seo, as its not the meta-title of the page.

I would like to know this too but for me it happens in 1.5 and didn't happen at all when I used 1.39h. gilby has basically said why I would prefer it not to appear.

Its only a problem with cutting and paste if someone pastes a link to a category, which isnt a very common thing to do.

If they paste to a product (far more commonly used), it will link correctly to the page whether it has the zenid in it or not.

The main problem with this is that several potential customer could be online at the same time and using the same zenid.
They would be "sharing" the same cart!

That's why setting "recreate sessions to true" is recommended.
When a customer logs in as part of the checkout process they get a new independant session.

Yes, that is true. That will appear for the FIRST hit on your site in a new browser window.

    You don't need to.
But if you simply click again, it will disappear.

And in your ROBOTS.TXT file, there is an instruction to SE's to not index a page where ZENID appears...

(Unless of course you have made changes to your robots file and removed this).
