"Free Shipping Option", "Per Unit", "Table Rate" and "Zone Rates" are all Red Dot in my zen cart admin. When I click the "install" button, all of them didn't response, and then admin becomes blank page. What can I do? Please help!

Thanks! but i have checked the cache folder, there is no error message shown.
The blank page didn't show immediately, but after I click "install", it keeps loading for a long time and finally comes a blank page~
