FedEx Shipping Module has error message, customers can't order
My cart has been operating flawlessly for a few months now, but yesterday a customer emailed me because they couldn't check out.
I put an order through my cart to see what was going on and when it gets to checkout Shipping Method, It says -
No Rates Returned, 0531: FedEx Ship Manager API has been retired. Please use an alternate FedEx solution or go to http://www.fede.com/us/developer/migration.html for more information
And then it says the same thing for FedEx Express.
Do I need to install a new FedEx Module? Can someone direct me to the proper one to install. Thanks once again for helping me. Things have been going so smoothly, and now this. Frustration here...
I DID IT, I actually built a working cart, with the help of so many of you, Stevesh, Schoolboy, RescoCCC, to name a few. I just take one bite out of the elephant at a time and try to keep my sense of humor...
