error message when checking out

when my customers try and check out they get an error message that says their addresses don't match on card. how do i fix this...any ideas?

We need a lot more information in order to assist you. BUT... If you are actually using 1.3.7, you need to upgrade to at least 1.3.9h as soon as possible. Everything before 1.3.9 is buggy and vulnerable to being hacked. With the problem you describe, you may have already been hacked.
