Ive been working on my site in a subfolder for some time now. I was ready to publish to the root domain. I change both config files. However when I go to my home page I am having a problems with the links.
The homepage loads perfect. The links and everything shows correctly. But once you click on one of the categories. This is where I have a problem... all my links revert back to the subfolder. I upload the cache fix key and it said everything was good.
i double check my config files to see if i missed one of the changes.. but nope.
I am confused. Please help.

I seem to have figured the link problem out... it was a htaccess file.
But now I have a new problem. My footer is not showing.

Where is this htaccess file? There is no htaccess file in the root of a standard ZC installation, so you must have added one... Why was a htaccess file added?
