Hi Anne

I have used your London Grunge template on a store I just opened and I think it really fits the theme.
It looks perfect in Firefox, which is what I use.
However in IE9 there is extra space under the slider.
And in Chrome 18 and Safari 5.1 there is a worse problem in that the top menu slips below the header.

In Firefox I use firebug but in the other programs I don't know what to use to see what is causing it.

Can you have a look for me.

The problem in safari and chrome is not native to the template. You can see the demo here without these problems:

I would look to a customization that you have made. Out of the box the template is cross browser compatible. If you make customizations/changes you will have to cross browser test again and fix any problems.

To fix the spacing in ie9 add this to the bottom of your stylesheet.css file:

.ie9 #contentMainWrapper{position:relative;top:-18px;}

I have added the part for IE and that fixed it thankyou.
As for Chrome and Safari I can't work out what is causing it. I even copied the original stylesheet back and it still was pushed down. I can see on your demo that it is more over to the right.
Should I post again regarding this problem in a more general customisation area?

With a bit of backtracking I worked out I stuffed up the english/london_grunge/header.php when I replaced the tagline text and changed the logo dimensions etc. All good now.

You can add this to the bottom of your stylesheet.css file:

#home-banner{display:none;}

I seem to have fallen at the first hurdle, nowhere does there seem to be layout style in product listings in my zencart admin

In the readme.html file there is instructions for adding a sql patch if you want the column layout grid option. In the template package it is london_grunge_patch.sql
