Specials - Can I change that title?

I want to run Specials (specific products on sale), and have them show in the center column on the Home Page. I turned off the sidebox. I don't want to name it "Specials" or "Monthly Specials for July," as is currently showing up. I haven't decided upon a name for this sale as yet, but I want it to be a hipper sounding name than Specials. How can I do this, if at all?

I would also like to make the images for thse larger than the default. I changed that in Configuration>Images for Featured Products, but the change didn't take place. Does it take 24 hrs.? Does changing the image size for Featured Products also affect Specials? I don't see anything named Specials in there.

That sort of thing is usually defined in english.php. That's where you'd make your changes.
