Pages scroll past bottom of content

I Narrowed down the problem to the Database.
1) Initially a Temp site and a new Temp Database was created to install 1.5.
All add-on files were amended to comply with 1.5.
Temp site works perfectly without the scrolling problem. (select Temp site above)

2) A NewStore site and a NewStore database was created. All files from Temp site was copied to NewStore site.
Old 1.39 database was imported into NewStore database and NewStore database was updated to 1.5
NewStore site exhibits problem scrolling beyond web page content. (select NewStore site above)

3) The Temp site, free of any problems, was then connected to the NewStore site database and low and behold the scrolling problem surfaced .

Conclusion: Database problem

What Tables or data in the old imported database could cause this problem??

Looks like you fixed it... I don't see any difference between the two sites...
