Default Missing orders - appear upon order num search

We are missing 2 orders from Admin > Customers > Orders. If we search for this missing order numbers they appear. If we look at the orders in Apsona, they are both there but just completely missing from Admin > Customers > orders page. We many orders and these are the only two instances of a missing order record in admin.

There is nothing at all in common with the orders out side of the fact that they did conclude successfully with no problems. They are both in the database.

Locations, payment type (One free shipper one Visa with Authnet Processor), purchased items, names everything is different from one another so I dont see any commonalities that might cause a problem.

I have looked in the orders table in DB to see if there are any indications - corrupt data? - but nothing. It looks great. I cant explain this and would love some input if anyone has any.

    Thanks

I did find a commonality: order status = 0. What would cause that? Ill search forum now.....

So the link above was interesting but still does not explain why we have 100+ orders entered just fine and 7 (I found a few more) with orderstatus 0. Im going to scan the db data on these order and see if there is any thing at all to explain what in the order would trigger order_status=0 to be set.

Hope this can help someone else.

Typically caused by addons which don't properly update the order status, including setting it to 0 because they don't actually define a value for it when storing updates.
