I want to manually quote on shipping when someone wants to buy smth, no direct buy.

I am using Zencart version 1.5.0 and i want my clients not to be able to buy directly, i would like to receive an email for every order so i can write them back. This all because my shipping is a little bit complicated ( my boss wants it so)

Is this possible??? If someone can help me i would be very grateful.

Thank you for your answer Cobra, i have already done this, the problem is that i want people from one specific country not to buy directly, for example when they choose smth i become an email so i can discuss with them about transport costs. I am not really sure if this is possible.
