Suggestions to increase the speed?

Ive been through all the main things like using Image handler 4, using the minify css/js loader by numinix, ive moved to a vps with 1024mb ram.

im not sure the css/js is working though as im also using ceon urls. hmm

Im using the speed test at http://www.webpagetest.org using a london server and its coming up at about 10 seconds.

Its running some java script for adroll, google and also for a chat program which launches although it does seem to launch that javascript quite late id like to get that running as soon as the page opens. Ive attached here would appreciate any advice

It loads fast here in Oz as well!

Homepage loaded fast for me (California) but when I clicked on a link on homepage footer it spun and never came up. But was able to quickly recover with another link.

Not too bad. And I really don't know how to handle some of their suggestions.

Used cloudflare its free and sped my site up 50%
