No idea. Have you asked your hosting company ? When you navigate to yoursite.com, what do you see ?
1. HOW did you ftp the program? Did you just dump the whole main folder onto the server, or did you open it first, and then send all the main folders up individually?
VIZ:
admin

pub
zc_install
(and a bunch of files)
2. Have you CREATED A DATABASE?
3. Is this "United Hosting" capable of running sophisticated programs like Zencart? (Many hosts are not...)
4. What FTP program do you use?
Did my post help you fix something? You can show your gratitude by buying the the dev team coffee.
given you have created your DB via your cpanel and created a DB user and given permissions to that DB user, have you uploaded the files to the public_html folder or the short-cut www folder? have your created a sub-directory in either of those folders? Was the SFTP upload successful? Unless you specify in your FTP program what / where to open too, it will open up at the root of your webspace.
They also have softaculous installed on their servers... I'd suggest using that as a ZC install that way takes seconds... but note, auto script installers are not favoured here as they kind of mess up on upgrades, unless you dont modify anything about your Zen site.
I use these, and I know of three people here use them too under their own rebranded UH servers. Their support is the best I have ever experienced and I have experienced a lot of hosts!! They also have their own customers forum too... you'll recognise a few names if you have a resellers account as some parts of the forum are closed to non-resellers

erm, I have just noticed that this thread is under 'Windows Hosting'.
United Hosting (UK) as far as I am aware only offer Linux Servers. I don't know what their USA operation offers though.
