The only issue I have on either is the IPN. We did the full clean (new database, newest 1.5 codebase, no code changes) on at least idoseraudio.com and it is getting the same results. I am personally doubting its a code problem.

Q. Does your site use the 'suhosin' security module ?
If so, try temporarily disabling it to see if the problem goes away. (you can generally do this by commenting out the appropriate line in the php.ini file).
You can check to see if it is installed or not by clicking on the 'version' link from your zencart admin screen and looking for entrys that start with 'suhosin' (if enabled there will be several such entries).
Another possibility (that you'll need you host to check) is for any wayward '<limit>' blocks in the apache.conf file(s). A classic example to look for is
<Limit POST PUT DELETE>
Require valid-user
</Limit>
If a configuration block such as this isn't defined within another configuration block (eg, a <directory> block) it will apply to the entire site and not just the directory deemed necessary.
OTOH, I could still be way off the mark here, but I do feel that both are worth checking, even just to eliminate them.

There are no suhosin references on the version page. I can ask lunarpages to check for wayward limit blocks, but how exactly should I word it in the support ticket? Are they just checking for them, disabling them? Never heard of them, personally.
Attached is the version info page. Lots of info here, nut sure if it gives any hints.

Hint. With the page being displayed press CTRL-F which should bring up a search box. Any reference to 'suhosin' means its installed. It isn't possible to edit anything from this screen, it is merely a quick way to see if it is enabled or not. If you don't find any reference to suhosin we can forget about this as being a possible cause.

Oh, OK, that eliminates that possibility.
How to word it.... Good question... Perhaps just send them a copy of my posting?
Another good question.... I guess it depends on what they find, if anything....
No reason why you should have heard of them either. This is 'server level' configuration stuff that is well beyond what most people ever need to really know about. I'm also really clutching at straws with these latest ideas... Even a Google search would indicate that this possibility is a million to one shot. Problem is, we've pretty much eliminated everything else.

If you look at all the files in your site, both inside Zen Cart and outside Zen Cart, how do any of the .htaccess files on your site differ from any of the .htaccess files that come with Zen Cart? And do you have any added .htaccess files that didn't come with Zen Cart? What's in them, and why? Remember, Zen Cart comes with several .htaccess files, but NONE of them are in the root. They're all in subdirectories. So if you have one in your root, then that file's contents could be suspect.
