I am not sure,because I just received this alert email,it showed sending from my email a to my email a.
such as my setting email is win8win######################,then it showed that from win8win###################### to win8win######################optimizing my only one zencart template untill it becomes perfect.

You will need to turn on PayPal Debug log-to-file, and then make the problem happen again so that the details can be captured in the log files.
