    Hey Doc!

    Okay, have the module sort of working now, but I've a new issue that may or may not be specific to zencart v1.5...

    I was testing the payment process and unlike paypal, when you click to confirm the order in step 3, the GTpayment module is actually ADDING the order to the database... you are then expected to pay with your credit card of choice. However, if you abandon the cart at this point, the order still resides within zencart (though un-paid).

    If you complete the order payment, the order does get updated with payment info. So I don't know if this is a design flaw on GT's part, how something changed from 1.3.9 to 1.5, or something else.

    Would appreciate your input (or any one elses!) on this.

    That's how they've built their module. You'll have to have them fix it.

    LOL! Well, they I heard back from the level tech team and they consider it a "feature"... at least it doesn't email the order to the customer unless they actually pay.

    Have you checked if the order is viewable from the customer account page (the one the customer views). If the order is added to the tables, I wonder if the customer can see it from the "My Account" page..

    I'll have to check this, but I don't think it does. I know it doesn't send the email order confirmation, but didn't think to check the account page. Thanks for the idea.
