When I or a customer checks out a product there is the option to choose a shipping method (ground, 2 day, 3 day, or overnight) but once they complete their order and the confirmation email is sent out the method they chose is not displayed on either their copy of the email nor our company's. Since this information isn't sent to us we don't know which shipping method they've chosen. Is there some setting that may be turned off on the admin site that could show us the shipping method in the order confirmation email?
