Apply Shipping to Complte Order

On one site, we sell downloadable products. However, we also have a collection of products that people will order on a CD so it will come through the mail. How do I apply a flat rate shipping charge for our CDs regardless of how many they buy or which ones they purchase?

For example, one CD type A is $5.95. Three CD type As are $5.95. Three CD type A's, One CD Type B, and One CD type C is $5.95.

Any ideas?

You kind of answered your own question. You would enable the Flat Rate shipping module as your only shipping option, and set the Shipping Cost to $5.95. That rate would be applied per order, despite weight, number of items, etc,
