Flat Rate shipping option doesn't show.

Hi, On my website, on the shipping module, I have flat rate shipping enabled, but when I go to the website that I'm using, it states that I don't have any shipping method selected or the "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time." issue. The only shipping that shows up is the free shipping (when enabled) and Walk-In.

Check your settings in Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and see if you have turned on the setting for:

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

If so, turn that off ... you do not want that on if just using Flat Rate flat shipping ...
