Changing Per Unit (Best Way): to Shipping:

I'm trying to figure out where to change the label for the shipping total shown on during the checkout process and for the invoice. Currently it shows Per Unit (Best Way) and I just want it to simply say Shipping.

It looks like I need to change two variables with a string, but I'm not sure where to make this change.

We only have one shipping method available so I'm not worried about losing that aspect of the label.
