sqlpatch.php page not accessible - fresh 1.5 install

This is really weird - getting the following error when attempting to access the SQL Patch tool in the ZC Admin area". The file is, in fact, there. CHMOD is currently set to RW-R-R. Please help resolve this seemingly simple, yet annoying problem. Thanks in advance!

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Files that are, in fact, there and draw a 404 generally indicates a problem in one of the configure.php files. In this case one would suspect the admin version.

Well, that didn't work. I even totally reinstalled Zen From the latest stable build and everything and it still does the same thing (the first install was auto-installed by 'Scriptaculous' in my cPanel hosting acct). Both installations did the same thing - no access to sqlpatch.php.

Is there another way to install the SQL patch I need installed for a template I am installing?

This was happening due to a Mod security rule blocking it. It's now been disabled the rule in question, and the page is now loading properly. :)
