Is there away to approve a customer based on them clicking wholesaler and passing on the retailers to shop?

Only if your wholesale prices are a percentage of your retail
Then you can manually approve them and setup up a group in your admin for them

I did that. So is there a button on the registration that ask if they want to be a wholesaler?

No. What would stop everyone from clicking 'wholesaler' to get the reduced pricing ?

If they have to be approved then they can not order immediately. The client approves them based on the information (verifying they are a company). If they do not click wholesale then they can order immediately. I will have my developer add the option. Thanks for you help!
