USPS Shipping Module Adds 3 pounds to item weight

Can someone please help me with this. I just installed the USPS Shipping Module (USPS v15 Ratev3) and had it switched to the USPS Production Server. I started testing it and found that it (or something is adding 3 pounds to the total items weight. I've removed all the other shipping modules (except store pickup). I can't find where the added weight is coming from.

Please help.

Thank you for your reply. I changed the 3 to a 0 and it works fine. I thought I'd seen that some time when I first installed zen cart, I just couldn't remember where. Many thanks.
