red flag Problem transferring my site! :(

Hi guys, I'm following all the steps to transfer my store to another host and it doesn't seem to work for me!

I installed a whole new zen cart, I've exported my OLD database tables and imported them to the new host and uploaded all the files from my OLD host except the config files and it doesn't seem to work! I get

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

i check the debug log and this is what I get:
[09-Aug-2012 05:38:48 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_diff() in /home/content/69/9720269/html/store/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 2951

    and the other one says
[09-Aug-2012 05:38:06 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_diff() in /home/content/69/9720269/html/store/velutto/includes/functions/general.php on line 6001

can someone please help me? I've uninstalled and installed zen cart twice already. I'm ready for someone else to just do it for me, I'll pay. I'm frustrated!

    Thank you guys!

Zen Cart v1.3.9 and v1.5.0 do not have any "date_diff()" functions in the source files.

But your error messages say that they do.

So, that tells me either you're using files from the obsolete Zen Cart v1.3.8a or older ... or have installed addon files that are built for that older version.

The simple solution is to use a modern version of Zen Cart, without any altered files.

I probably did install old add-on files to my zen cart, but i don't remember which ones they are.

I just downloaded all the files from my OLD host:
    http://www.winery.site40.net/store

then installed a whole new zen cart on my NEW host. (I just did it again and It's not working, not even with the new installation)

what do I do? I need this site up by tonight. I'm freaking out

What version of Zen Cart are you installing on the new host?
What are the errors it is reporting?

I'm installing 1.5 the same one I have on my old one.

I just imported the tables from my old host to the NEW one and it looks like i'm making a little progress. a lot of the stuff is there like pricing and categories

I'm scared to upload the files I downloaded from my old host because it will probably give me the same errors.
