Unable to update from admin area

Hey everyone. Running into a major wall here - was hoping for some help.

-No addons have been installed.
-Installation of 1.50 through zc_install.

I'm running into two issues in the admin area:

1) Every action I take leads me back to the login screen where I need to reenter my information to move onto the next page.
2) When I try to update a field I am thrown back to the admin homepage and the update is not successful.

I attached a screenshot of my admin/includes/configure.php file. I have a feeling this is where the problem is, but what do I know?

I don't seem able to open a readable sized version of the image you posted but zencart works out of the box so perhaps something wrong happened when you installed it?

Have you tried re-installing it?

A likely cause is a cookie (session) error.

I'd recommend to double-check your /admin/includes/configure.php to ensure all the paths are correct.
