Admin panel is being weird under 'Configuration' (Pic included)

Hey guys, I don't know what happened here
but when i go to Configuration, only 3 options appear on there
what do I do?
here's a pic of what im talking about, I've highlighted it green

You aren't using a complete set of true v1.5.0 files.
You're using outdated language files, and you're using menu code from v1.3.x. So, it also probably means the rest of your admin isn't pure v1.5.0 either.

Start with a clean set of v1.5.0 files, and then apply your customizations progressively, testing each step of the way. And don't install addons which are designed for prior versions but not updated for 1.5.0 yet.

Do I just upload the admin folder again? except for the configuration file?

Maybe.

If your admin files are damaged, then I'd be inclined to delete the entire admin folder, other than the /admin/includes/configure.php file
Then upload a fresh set of admin files from the original Zen Cart zip contents.

Of course you'll have no customizations then.

I uploaded the fresh set of admin files and when i go on it it tells me that zencart is not installed.

That's usually a configure.php issue.

OK i got it to work! but now check this out

go to WINE STORE and nothing is there! but on the admin panel everything is in there.

You're getting a "partial blank page", caused by PHP errors.
