Product price always showing 0?

I have tried EVERYTHING on the FAQ repeatedly. It simply does not work.
I set Zen Cart up today and I added a new test product, everything looked fine until I noticed that it cost $0.00 when I specifically set it to be $399. So I did everything, including a reinstall of Zen Cart, but it still didn't work D:
Can anyone give me any other tips on what to do?

Are you doing everything in USD? Or did you change currencies for some reason?

Try checking out the iPad, for example. It says 0.
The site has not been upgraded.
I have not installed any addons.
It is a brand new install.
The problem "started" when I created the product
