Green Lights - Install Starts - ERROR

Zen Cart v 1.5.0

I get all green lights on the system check page, my databse setup page goes through ok, then I click "Install" and then a new window opens up and says

"Installation In Progress...

~ "

Then a few seconds later it says below that a new message "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again." Then the installation stops dead on that page.

No details of why the error occurred or what is the problem. I refresh the screen and even go back to the previous screens and try the install again, but I keep getting the same vague error.

Will someone please help me?
