Had emails from Paypal today about payment received for 2 orders, but they do not appear in my Zencart Admin. The customers have appeared as new customers, but no orders! Help. Thanks

Orders have been coming through fine in the past. The problem has just started yesterday and no changes have been made. Also one order seems to have charged the customer double postage!

Two things to check:
a) for any PHP errors recorded in myDebug-xxxxxx.logs as per this article: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page
b) for error messages coming back from PayPal in the transaction debug logs as explained in this post: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...Logging-PayPal (obviously if this setting is disabled, after turning it on you'll have to wait until the problem manifests again before you'll have any logs collected)

Sometimes I get the same thing but i notice that customers don't press the final buttons to get the information back to your site, it happens a lot of time, hope this helps
