Add field to coupon area

Hello,

I have a client that is setup on zen cart and is using the normal coupon discount default module.

They ran a living social deal and I need to add another field next to the "coupon code" box that will allow the visitor to entire their "living social number".

The client needs to receive this along with the coupon code so they can verify that they did purchase a "living social deal". The trick is that this field needs to be emailed to them or at least be able to view it somehow. The field should NOT be required and there should be validation on it, just a text box

Any ideas?
