Issue with images, possible solutions and turnaround

Hi, i m setting up a website for a friend of mine and everithing seems to work well but popup images on products. This is the website

Currently it is online to test it before the officiale release. Many parts of the site are available in english language also. The problem happens every time you try to see a larger image of any product. For instance

(i choosed a random product) you can' t see the popup images. Instead a popup opens but to an empty page (similar to home page but empty).

I cheched and everithing seems to work fine, javascript call right code but images don't open, what's wrong with my site??

I would check the paths are correct in both of your configure.php files and then if nothing wrong re-install Image Handler

thank you for help. i was very warried about image handler, but after a general backup i m going to reinstall it.

i tried to installa version 3 of image handler but it don't seems to work...

i chechek link and installed images handler 3 but i m not able to make it work. Assuming that link is correct, where does zen cart record filename of images related with the id?
