Setting up zone rates

HI,

Ok i am trying to set up the zone rates for over seas shipping, but when i go to check out it doesn't show any postage and simply says The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time,

in the admin section under zone rates i have the set the zone as GB and the rates as : 1:1.00,2:2.00,3:3.50 but it doesn't seem to be working, a link to the site is herehttp://www.casemarine.net/store/index.php

Any help would be appreciated.

In the Shipping Estimator, with Qty 1 or Qty 10 of the product:
/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7

with a United Kingdom address, I see:

Shipping quotes are based on the address information you selected:
London W11 2BQ United Kingdom
Available Shipping Methods Rates
Zone Rates (Shipping to UK) £8.50

I changed the zone two letter code to UK it was GB and it started working.

That is very odd, in Zone Rate zones it should be GB and not UK ...

Have you changed your Countries?

no i haven't touched them, they are as they were installed, but as soon as i changed it from GB to UK it started working

If you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Zone Rates zones shipping module, what are the settings you see in the right panel?
