Adding Featured Products under Product description

Can anyone tell me if its possible to add featured products under a product page description? If so, how do you do it?

I don't understand the question. Where do you want the Featured Products to appear ? If you mean the product info page, the thinking is that once you have a customer at that page, you don't want to distract him/her from clicking Add To Cart.

I'm seeing a lot of blank and partially blank pages on the site in your signature.
