CKEditor won't show up

I installed the CKEditor Plugin for Zen Cart as descibed in the read me file and everything went well. I then chose it as a default editon in admin/mystore/HTML editor, but when I try to edit pages at admin/tools/define_pages_editor no editor appears. It’s nothing there. No buttons, or even a window to write in. What’s wrong?

have you changed the text editor to CKEditor in the text editor drop down of the define page editor page.

I am experiencing the same problem,

I have Zen cart 1.5.0 and CKeditor 3.7c
running on xampp.

I double checked if all was installed ok. Although it is almost impossible to do it wrong.
I can select the editor, but it doesn't show up when I try to edit a product or ez-page, or anything else.

I compared the 3.7 version with an ancient 3.4 and noticed that although the readme states Dutch is still included in ckeditor it actually isn't.
I copied the nl.js to the new version, but no changes are visible.
The javascripts are loaded, and there is an text area according to the source code of my site, filled with the product detail, it just won't show on the screen

No, i have deleted the English files all together, no need for them.
I will make another test site with the English file included and report back

Ok, setup a testshop with three languages.
English Dutch and German. The editors for English and German show up fine, but Dutch is still missing

OK, Problem solved.
I downloaded the original CKEditor from http://ckeditor.com and copied the nl.js file in the lang folder and refreshed the browser et voilla the editor decided to play nice with me and show up

I have a similar issue but the nl.js file did not fix my problem. I am running on a windows 2008 64bit server wampserver2.5 Apache-2.4.9 Mysql 5.6.17 php5.5.16-64b

I have copied the files 9 times over. I can access the ckeditor/index.html file directly from the browser. But when I go to admin->Store->HTML edit. There is only plain text to select. I have tried adding TinyMCE. The same problem. Nothing but Text Editor shows.

Any clue to where to look next would be great help.
